Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return. If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to deny a return. A 15% restocking fee might apply for returns for a refund. Special requests and custom-made

sales are final and non-refundable.

How to Return

usually takes 1-2 business days. If you didn't receive it, please contact our support.

Refunds
Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution center. Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your bank statement.
